  • Tourist Police are notified before every motorcycle tour
  • Your personal data is never sold or shared with third parties

How to verify this service is legitimate

  • Email us — response comes only from this official domain
  • No payment, bank details, or personal ID is ever requested by us
  • Tourist Police (01769-690000) can be informed that you are using this service before a motorcycle tour

What information is collected

When you submit the contact form, the following may be collected:

  • Your name (optional — only if you provide it)
  • Your email address (required to respond to you)
  • The service you are requesting
  • Your message

For motorcycle tours only, the following are also required for Tourist Police notification:

  • Passport number and nationality
  • Current accommodation in Bangladesh
  • Emergency contact (name and phone, home country)
  • Any relevant medical conditions

How information is used

  • To respond to your request
  • To submit a journey notification to Tourist Police (motorcycle tours only)
  • For nothing else

How long information is kept

Form submissions are handled via Formspree and are automatically deleted after 30 days. No personal database is maintained. Motorcycle tour documents are deleted after the tour is completed.

Legal framework

This service operates in accordance with:

On anonymity

The operator's full identity is kept private by personal choice. This is not unusual — many legitimate voluntary services operate this way. It protects both the operator and the people seeking help. The service is verifiable through its actions, not through a name.

Sessions with minors

Language sessions (Bangla or English) involving anyone under 18 years of age require a parent or guardian to be present in every session. This is a non-negotiable condition with no exceptions.

Complaints and concerns

If something feels wrong at any point:

  • Consumer Rights Protection Directorate (DNCRP): 16595
  • Tourist Police: 01769-690000
  • Or contact us directly — we will respond honestly

"If this helped you — plant a tree. That's enough."
