It is provided by one individual out of personal choice, with no commercial motive. All guidance is informational and does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
No fees
This service is free. No payment will ever be requested. If anyone claiming to be associated with thE a oK asks you for money, this is fraud — report it to Consumer Rights (16595) immediately.

Motorcycle tours
Participation in guided motorcycle tours is entirely voluntary. Riders assume full responsibility for their own safety in accordance with the Bangladesh Road Transport Act 2018. A Tourist Police journey notification is submitted before every guided ride — this does not transfer liability from the rider. The operator provides local knowledge and companionship, not a safety guarantee.
Language sessions
Sessions are conducted via Zoom or Google Meet. No recording takes place without explicit mutual consent from both parties. Sessions with anyone under 18 years of age require a parent or guardian present throughout the session.
Right to decline
The operator reserves the right to decline any request at any time without explanation. This right exists to protect both the operator and the integrity of the service.
Limitation of liability
The operator accepts no liability for any decisions made based on information provided through this service. Users are responsible for verifying all information independently and for the outcomes of their own actions. This service is provided as-is, with no warranties expressed or implied.
